The HJC RPHA 91 Fensh MC5 modular helmet combines a lightweight PIM EVO shell with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber. This shell construction is designed to provide shock-resistant performance, comfort, and lightweight construction.

The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, provides 99% UV protection, and features an anti-scratch coating. An integrated smoke-tinted sun visor uses an anti-fog coating for clear viewing and can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading. The bottom-positioned operation system allows quick sun-visor activation, while eyebrow vents support ventilation and defogging.

Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads, reflective material, interchangeable cheek pads throughout all sizes, and removable, washable crown and cheek pads support comfort, visibility, and a customizable fit.

The chin bar features a dual-axis pivot mechanism that brings it close to the helmet shell to help minimize air resistance and wind noise. It retracts in the open position for easier installation. The helmet also accommodates Smart HJC 2nd Generation devices through an integrated all-in-one design that preserves aerodynamic efficiency and supports balanced weight distribution. Smart HJC devices are sold separately.
