The HJC RPHA 91 Fensh MC1 Modular Helmet combines a lightweight PIM EVO shell with carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber for enhanced shock-resistant performance, comfort, and lightweight construction. Its dual-axis pivot chin bar moves close to the helmet shell to help minimize air resistance and wind noise while maintaining a streamlined profile.

The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and provides 99% UV protection. A dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun visor features an anti-fog coating and can be positioned up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading. The bottom-positioned operation system allows quick sun-visor activation, while eyebrow vents support ventilation and defogging.

Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying performance. Three-dimensional contour cheek pads include reflective material, are interchangeable throughout all sizes for a custom fit, and can be removed and washed along with the crown pad. The chin bar retracts in the open position to help with installation.

The helmet is designed for compatibility with Smart HJC 2nd Generation devices, which use an all-in-one design integrated into the helmet structure for balanced weight distribution and preserved aerodynamic efficiency. Smart HJC devices are sold separately. This HJC RPHA 91 helmet is offered in the Fensh MC1 finish and size XS.
