The HJC RPHA 91 Carbon Modular Helmet combines a streamlined modular design with a Premium Integrated Matrix EVO Carbon shell. Carbon and carbon-glass hybrid reinforcement materials provide enhanced shock-resistant performance, lightweight construction, and comfort. Its refined chin bar locking system supports smooth engagement while reducing cheek pressure, and the dual-axis pivot mechanism keeps the chin bar close to the shell to help minimize air resistance and wind noise.

The 3D-engineered low-noise interior helps diminish road noise, while the EPS design accommodates eyewear. Eyebrow vents support defogging and ventilation, and the full front-to-back airflow system uses five intakes and seven exhausts. The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated, and provides 99% UV protection.

A dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun shield features an anti-fog coating and bottom-positioned operation. The sun shield can be adjusted through multiple positions, including up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading. The premium-fit interior uses antibacterial, moisture-wicking, quick-drying fabric, with 3D contour cheek pads and reflective material. Crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, and interchangeable cheek pads are available throughout all sizes for a custom fit. The helmet is compatible with second-generation Smart HJC Bluetooth systems.
