The HJC RPHA 91 Carbon Modular Helmet combines a Premium Integrated Matrix EVO Carbon shell with a refined chin bar locking system for a streamlined, comfortable riding experience. The dual-axis pivot mechanism keeps the chin bar close to the shell to help minimize air resistance and wind noise, while the low-noise interior is 3D-engineered for reduced road sound. An EPS design accommodates eyewear, and the chin curtain retracts when the chin bar is open for easier installation.

Airflow is managed through eyebrow vents that support defogging and ventilation, along with five intake vents and seven exhaust vents for full front-to-back circulation. The HJ-37 visor is Pinlock 120XLT prepared, anti-scratch coated and provides 99% UV protection. A dynamic multi-step smoke-tinted sun visor features an anti-fog coating, bottom-positioned operation and adjustment that allows positioning up to 10 mm closer to the face.

The premium fit interior uses anti-bacterial fabric designed for moisture-wicking and quick drying. 3D-contour cheek pads, interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes and removable, washable crown and cheek pads support a personalized fit and convenient maintenance. Reflective material adds visibility, while compatibility with second-generation Smart HJC Bluetooth systems supports integrated communication setup.
