Updated airflow management features include a new chin curtain and SMART HJC cover system, while the extended semi neck-roll helps minimize wind noise. The light and compact visor provides a clear field of view, and the Dynamic Multi-Step sunshield system allows personalized sunshield positioning for changing riding conditions.

The HJ-48 Shield is Pinlock 120XLT prepared. Interior comfort features include removable and washable crown and cheek pads, while reflective trim on the top liner is designed to increase rider visibility at night. A lightweight titanium Double D-Ring provides the helmet’s retention system.

Advanced Channeling Ventilation System ventilation uses two intakes and three exhausts to support airflow through the helmet. The HJC RPHA 72 is compatible with 2nd Gen SMART HJC Bluetooth systems, which are sold separately.
