The HJC RPHA 31 is an open-face motorcycle helmet designed for a quiet, stable and comfortable ride. Its Premium Integrated Matrix (PIM) Evo shell combines Carbon-Aramid Hybrid and Natural Fiber reinforcement materials to provide shock-resistant performance with a lightweight feel. A multi-density EPS liner further supports impact protection, while the aerodynamic shell design helps reduce air resistance and improve stability at speed.

Wind tunnel development contributes to reduced noise and turbulence, and the shield holder helps minimize drag while keeping the visor securely in place. The HJ-39 Pinlock 120XLT DKS467-ready shield features an anti-scratch coating and provides 99% UV protection. The integrated smoke-tinted sun visor includes an anti-fog coating, bottom-positioned operation and multi-step adjustment, including positioning up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading.

Front-to-back ventilation uses two intake vents and four exhaust vents to support airflow through the helmet. The RPHA Premium Fit interior uses advanced antibacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Removable, washable crown and cheek pads, along with 3D-contoured cheek pads and interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes, support a customizable fit.

Reflective material adds visibility, while the elongated shell and extended chin EPS provide an encompassing full face-level fit.
