The HJC RPHA 31 open-face helmet combines a Premium Integrated Matrix (PIM) Evo shell with multi-density EPS to support enhanced shock resistance, comfort, and lightweight performance. Its aerodynamic shell design helps reduce air resistance and provide stability at higher speeds, while wind tunnel development contributes to a quieter, more refined ride.

For airflow, the RPHA 31 features two intake vents and four exhaust vents for full front-to-back ventilation. The integrated smoke-tinted sun visor includes an anti-fog coating and is operated through a bottom-positioned mechanism. Its multi-step adjustment allows the visor to move up to 10 mm closer to the face for personalized shading and comfort.

The helmet includes a Pinlock 120XLT DKS467-ready HJ-39 shield with anti-scratch coating and 99% UV protection. A shield holder helps reduce noise and drag forces while securing the visor. The RPHA 31 also accommodates second-generation SMART HJC Bluetooth communication systems, sold separately.

Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit interior uses advanced antibacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable, with 3D contour cheek pads and interchangeable cheek pads throughout all sizes to support a custom fit. Reflective material adds visibility, while the elongated shell and extended chin EPS provide an encompassing full face-level fit.
