The HJC RPHA 31 open-face helmet combines a Premium Integrated Matrix (PIM) Evo shell with multi-density EPS to provide shock-resistant performance, comfort, and a lightweight design. Reinforcement materials include a Carbon-Aramid Hybrid and Natural Fiber construction, while the aerodynamic shell helps reduce air resistance and provide stability at speed.

Designed for a quieter, more refined ride, the RPHA 31 uses a shield holder that helps reduce noise and drag while keeping the visor securely in place. The Pinlock 120XLT DKS467-ready HJ-39 shield features an anti-scratch coating and provides 99% UV protection. An integrated smoke-tinted sun visor includes an anti-fog coating, bottom-positioned operation, and multi-step adjustment for personalized shading.

Full front-to-back airflow is supported by two intakes and four exhausts. The RPHA Premium Fit interior uses advanced antibacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties. Removable, washable crown and cheek pads, 3D-contour cheek pads, and interchangeable cheek pads across all sizes support a customizable fit.

Reflective material adds visibility, while the elongated shell and extended chin EPS provide an encompassing full face-level fit. The helmet accommodates second-generation SMART HJC Bluetooth communication systems, which are sold separately.
