The HJC RPHA 12N Helmet combines Premium Integrated Matrix EVO (PIM EVO) construction with an aerodynamic design developed for stability at high speeds. Its shell incorporates carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber to provide enhanced shock-resistant performance in a lightweight structure.

Wind tunnel testing informed the optimized rear spoiler and shell shape, helping reduce lift and drag. The HJ-42 curved shield works with a 2-way pivot ratchet system to reduce air drag and noise while creating a tighter seal against the elements. The shield is prepared for Pinlock 120XLT.

Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit Interior includes anti-bacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying performance. The fully removable and washable crown and cheek pads support convenient care, while interchangeable 3D contour cheek pads allow a custom fit throughout all sizes.

An advanced channeling ventilation system helps manage airflow, and reflective material supports visibility. The emergency pull tab and emergency cheek pads are designed to help enable quick helmet removal and rescue access in critical situations.
