The HJC RPHA 12 Carbon Helmet is designed to balance aerodynamic performance and rider comfort. Its Premium Integrated Matrix EVO (PIM EVO) construction combines carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric, and natural linen fiber to create a lightweight, shock-resistant structure. The helmet is wind tunnel tested in laboratory and real-world conditions to support stable performance during riding.

An optimized shell shape and rear spoiler help reduce lift and drag, while the HJ-42 Pinlock 120XLT prepared curved shield and 2-way pivot ratchet system help reduce airflow and noise while creating a tighter seal against the elements. The wider eye port provides improved peripheral vision, and the advanced channeling ventilation system helps manage airflow through the helmet.

Inside, the RPHA Premium Fit Interior features antibacterial fabric with moisture-wicking and quick-drying performance. The fully removable interior includes 3D contour cheek pads and interchangeable cheek pads for a customizable fit. Reflective material adds visibility, while the double D-ring closure provides secure fastening. An emergency pull tab and emergency cheek-pad kit support quick helmet removal during rescue situations.
