The HJC DS-X1 is a dual-sport adventure helmet designed for both on-road and off-road riding. Its three riding configurations let you use the helmet with the shield and visor, shield only, or visor only with goggles. The 3D CAD-designed Advanced Polycarbonate Composite Shell provides a comfortable fit, a wide range of motion, and an expansive eye port for visibility and goggle compatibility.

An aerodynamic dual-function visor helps reduce lift at highway speeds while supporting airflow. The Pinlock-prepared HJ-27 shield supports an anti-fog lens, with the insert lens sold separately. The conversion system makes it easy to change from a shield-and-visor setup to a visor-only configuration, while integrated glasses grooves accommodate riders who wear eyeglasses.

Ventilation is managed through a large adjustable mouth vent and HJC’s ACS Advanced Channeling ventilation system. The system channels cool air through the helmet and exhausts hot air through the rear spoiler, helping flush heat and humidity from the interior. The SuperCool textile interior is moisture-wicking and antibacterial, and it can be removed and washed for convenient maintenance.
