The HJC C91 Nepos MC3HSF modular helmet combines an advanced polycarbonate composite shell with adjustable chinbar functionality for a lightweight design, comfortable fit, and practical versatility. Advanced CAD technology supports the helmet’s fit and comfort, while the double D-ring chin strap provides a secure fastening system.

HJC’s Advanced Channeling Ventilation System directs airflow from the front to the back, helping move heat and humidity out of the helmet. The Pinlock prepared HJ-17 shield provides 99% UV protection, and the RapidFire shield replacement system enables quick, tool-less shield changes through its secure ratchet design.

An integrated black dark smoke sun visor deploys quickly using a user-friendly sliding system and features an anti-scratch coating. Moisture-wicking interior parts help maintain a dry feel, while the removable and washable crown and cheek pads support convenient care. Interchangeable cheek pads work throughout all shell sizes, and glasses grooves accommodate riders who wear eyeglasses or sunglasses.

The HJC C91 also includes speaker pockets for Bluetooth communication and is ready for SMART HJC Bluetooth equipment, which is sold separately. This Small-size modular helmet is identified by HJC part number EP25NUS46H3V.
