The HJC C91 modular helmet combines an advanced polycarbonate composite shell with an adjustable chinbar for a lightweight design, comfortable fit, and practical versatility. Advanced CAD technology supports the helmet’s fit and comfort, while the modular configuration allows the chinbar to be adjusted for changing riding preferences.

HJC’s Advanced Channeling Ventilation System provides front-to-back airflow to help move heat and humidity up and out of the helmet. The Pinlock prepared HJ-17 shield provides 99% UV protection, and the RapidFire Shield Replacement System uses a simple, secure, tool-less ratchet design for quick shield changes. An integrated black dark smoke sun visor deploys easily and features an anti-scratch coating and user-friendly sliding system.

The interior uses moisture-wicking materials and includes removable, washable crown and cheek pads for convenient maintenance. Interchangeable cheek pads fit throughout all shell sizes, while integrated glasses grooves accommodate riders who wear eyeglasses or sunglasses. A double D-ring chin strap provides secure fastening.

The HJC C91 is ready for SMART HJC Bluetooth communication systems, which are sold separately. Dedicated speaker pockets support Bluetooth communication equipment. This 5XL helmet is identified by part number EP25NUSY805V and features the JYN MC5 finish.
