The HJC C91 modular helmet combines an advanced polycarbonate composite shell with adjustable chinbar positioning for a lightweight design focused on fit and comfort. Advanced CAD technology supports the helmet’s fit, while the double D-ring chin strap provides a secure closure.

An Advanced Channeling Ventilation System provides front-to-back airflow to help move heat and humidity away from the rider. The Pinlock-prepared HJ-17 shield provides 99% UV protection, and the RapidFire shield replacement system allows quick, tool-less shield changes through its secure ratchet design.

A black dark smoke integrated sun visor deploys quickly and features an anti-scratch coating and user-friendly sliding system. Moisture-wicking, quick-dry interior parts help support comfort, while the removable and washable crown and cheek pads simplify care. Interchangeable cheek pads work throughout all shell sizes, and glasses grooves accommodate riders who wear eyeglasses or sunglasses.

The HJC C91 is ready for SMART HJC Bluetooth communication, with dedicated speaker pockets for Bluetooth communication equipment. Bluetooth is sold separately. This helmet is identified by HJC part number EP25NUSJ8S3V.
