Protection features include double-density thermoplastic polyurethane ankle protector disks backed by poly-foam padding, an ergonomically contoured high-modulus TPU shin plate, and internal toe box and heel counter protection layered beneath the upper. A leather shift pad adds abrasion resistance and structural protection.

The boots feature a three-buckle closure system with memory and an integrated quick-release and locking system. The wide entry aperture, hook-and-loop upper closure, and TPR flap allow calf-fit adjustment and support.
