The Alpinestars Supertech R7 Helmet combines a lightweight multi-composite outer shell with advanced aerodynamic design for track and road riding. Carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers provide strength, energy dissipation, radial strength, and penetration resistance, while collarbone recesses with PLASMA inserts are designed for high-performance shock absorption and reduced injury risk during a slide.

A multi-density EPS liner uses seven pieces in six densities, strategically positioned for impact absorption and matched to the helmet’s shell sizing. The liner surface includes Alpinestars’ low-friction coating, designed to reduce rotational acceleration of the brain during oblique impacts. The aerodynamic shell integrates a spoiler and lateral winglets to minimize turbulence and drag while supporting high-speed stability and reduced neck strain.

Ten ventilation ports support airflow, including six intake ports and four exhaust ports. Chin-guard airflow is directed toward the inner side of the shield to help prevent fogging and misting, while the slidable top vent reveals three air channels for increased cooling. The chin bar extractor vents help remove humid air from inside the helmet.

The optical Class 1 shield features ECE 22.06 homologation and double-sided anti-scratch treatment. An optimized eye port and head position provide 220 degrees of peripheral vision and 57 degrees of vertical vision. This helmet is finished in Gloss Yellow Fluo, Black, and White.
