The Alpinestars Supertech R7 Zeal Helmet is engineered for high-performance riding on both track and road. Its advanced multi-composite outer shell combines carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers with pre-preg epoxy resin to provide strength, lightweight performance, energy dissipation, radial strength, and penetration resistance.

An aerodynamically optimized shell, integrated spoiler, lateral winglets, and collarbone recesses with PLASMA inserts help support high-speed stability, reduce drag, and minimize neck strain. The helmet provides 220° of peripheral vision and 57° of vertical vision through its optimized eye port and rider head position.

Inside, the multi-density EPS liner uses seven pieces in six densities, positioned for targeted impact absorption. The liner is matched to the helmet size and outer shell configuration, while Alpinestars’ low-friction coating is designed to help reduce rotational acceleration during oblique impacts. A total of 10 ventilation ports support airflow, including six intake ports and four exhaust ports. Chin vents direct air toward the shield to help prevent fogging and misting, while the slidable top vent reveals three air channels for cooling.

The helmet includes an ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield with double-sided anti-scratch treatment. Shield thickness varies from 1.6 mm at the sides to 2.6 mm at the center. This model is finished in Gloss Yellow Fluo, Black, and White and is identified by part number 8202826-5021-2XL.
