The Alpinestars Supertech R7 Helmet combines a lightweight carbon composite shell with advanced aerodynamic and ventilation systems for track and road riding. Its carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass construction uses pre-preg epoxy resin to deliver strength, radial resistance, penetration resistance, and energy dissipation in a streamlined design.

The helmet features collarbone recesses with PLASMA inserts designed for high-performance shock absorption and reduced injury risk during a slide. An integrated spoiler and lateral winglets help minimize turbulence and drag while supporting high-speed stability. The optimized eye port and head position provide 220 degrees of peripheral vision and 57 degrees of vertical vision.

Inside, a multi-density EPS liner uses seven pieces in six densities for strategically positioned impact absorption. The liner is dimension-specific to each helmet size and incorporates Alpinestars’ low-friction coating, designed to help reduce rotational acceleration during oblique impacts. Ten ventilation ports include six adjustable intake ports and four exhaust ports, while chin vent airflow is directed toward the shield to help prevent fogging and misting.

The ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield features double-sided anti-scratch treatment and variable thickness for enhanced performance across the viewing area. This solid gloss black helmet is available in size XL.
