The Alpinestars Supertech R7 Helmet is engineered for high-performance riding on the track and road. Its lightweight multi-composite outer shell combines carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers with pre-preg epoxy resin to provide strength, energy dissipation, radial strength, and penetration resistance.

An aerodynamically optimized shell, integrated spoiler, and lateral winglets help minimize turbulence and drag while promoting high-speed stability and reducing neck strain. Collarbone recesses feature PLASMA inserts designed for high-performance shock absorption and reduced injury risk during a slide. The helmet also provides 220° peripheral vision and 57° vertical vision through its optimized eye port and rider head position.

Inside, a multi-density EPS liner uses seven pieces in six densities for targeted impact absorption. The size-specific liner is matched to the helmet’s outer shell sizing, while Alpinestars’ low-friction coating is designed to reduce rotational acceleration during oblique impacts. Ventilation includes six intake ports and four exhaust ports, with chin vents channeling airflow toward the shield to help prevent fogging and misting. The sliding top vent reveals three air channels for increased cooling, while chin bar extractor vents help remove humid air.

The helmet includes an ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield with double-sided anti-scratch treatment. The shield uses varying thickness across its surface, with a thicker center section for its optical and protective design. This solid gloss white helmet is offered in XS.
