The Alpinestars Supertech R7 Helmet combines a lightweight carbon composite outer shell with advanced aerodynamic and ventilation features for track and road riding. Its multi-composite construction uses carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers with pre-preg epoxy resin to provide strength, energy dissipation, radial strength, and penetration resistance.

Designed for impact management, the helmet uses a multi-density EPS liner with seven pieces in six densities, positioned for optimized impact absorption. The EPS surface incorporates a low-friction slip plane designed to help reduce rotational acceleration during oblique impacts. Collarbone recesses feature two PLASMA inserts intended to provide shock absorption and help reduce injury risk during a slide.

The streamlined shell includes an integrated spoiler and lateral winglets to minimize turbulence, reduce drag, and enhance high-speed stability. Ten ventilation ports support airflow, including six intake ports and four exhaust ports. Chin vents direct incoming air toward the inner side of the shield to help prevent fogging and misting, while the slidable top vent section reveals air channels for cooling performance.

An optimized eye port and head position provide 220 degrees of peripheral vision and 57 degrees of vertical vision. The helmet includes an ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield with double-sided anti-scratch treatment. This solid gloss gray helmet is offered in size 2XL.
