The Alpinestars Supertech R7 Helmet combines a lightweight carbon composite outer shell with advanced aerodynamic performance for track and road riding. Its carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass construction uses pre-preg epoxy resin to provide strength, radial resistance, penetration resistance, and energy dissipation. Collarbone recesses incorporate PLASMA inserts designed for shock absorption during a slide.

Optimized visibility is provided through a 220-degree peripheral field of view and 57-degree vertical field of view, supported by an optimized eye port and head position. Inside, the multi-density EPS liner uses seven pieces in six densities for targeted impact absorption, with the liner dimensioned to match the helmet size and outer shell configuration. Alpinestars’ low-friction coating is designed to help reduce rotational acceleration during oblique impacts.

The streamlined shell includes an integrated spoiler and lateral winglets to minimize turbulence, reduce drag, and support high-speed stability. Ten ventilation ports include six intake ports and four exhaust ports, with a slidable top vent mechanism that opens three air channels for increased airflow. Chin vents direct incoming air toward the inside of the shield to help prevent fogging, while chin bar extractor vents remove humid air.

The helmet includes an ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield with double-sided anti-scratch treatment. Shield thickness ranges from 1.6 mm at the sides to 2.6 mm at the center. This XS helmet is finished in Gloss Black/White/Red.
