The Alpinestars Supertech R7 Helmet is engineered for high-performance riding on the track and road. Its lightweight multi-composite outer shell combines carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers with pre-preg epoxy resin to provide strength, energy dissipation, radial strength, and penetration resistance.

An aerodynamic shell, integrated spoiler, lateral winglets, and collarbone recesses are designed to support high-speed stability, reduce turbulence, and help minimize neck strain. The helmet also features two PLASMA inserts in the collarbone recesses for shock absorption during a slide. Its optimized eye port provides 220° of peripheral vision and 57° of vertical vision.

Inside, the multi-density EPS liner uses seven pieces in six densities for strategically positioned impact absorption. The liner is matched to the helmet’s shell sizing and includes a low-friction slip plane coating designed to reduce rotational acceleration during oblique impacts. Ten ventilation ports, including six intakes and four exhausts, promote airflow and cooling, while chin vents channel air toward the shield to help prevent fogging and misting.

The helmet includes an ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield with double-sided anti-scratch treatment. The shield features variable thickness, measuring from 1.6 mm at the sides to 2.6 mm at the center. This solid matte black helmet is size 2XL.
