The Alpinestars Supertech R7 Helmet combines a lightweight multi-composite shell with advanced aerodynamic design for track and road riding. Its carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass construction uses pre-preg epoxy resin to deliver strength, radial stability, penetration resistance, and energy dissipation. A multi-density EPS liner uses seven pieces in six densities, positioned for impact absorption and matched to the helmet’s shell configuration. Airflow is managed through 10 ventilation ports, including six intake ports and four exhaust ports. The slidable top vent reveals three air channels for increased cooling, while chin vents channel air toward the inner shield to help prevent fogging and misting.

The helmet features an ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield with double-sided anti-scratch treatment.
