The Alpinestars Supertech R7 A-Core Helmet combines a lightweight multi-composite outer shell with advanced aerodynamic and ventilation features for track and road riding. Carbon, aramid fiber, and fiberglass layers provide strength, energy dissipation, radial strength, and penetration resistance, while collarbone recesses with PLASMA inserts are designed to enhance shock absorption during a slide.

A multi-density EPS liner uses seven pieces in six densities to support optimized impact absorption. The liner is size-specific and matched to the helmet’s outer shell size. Its low-friction coating is designed to help reduce rotational acceleration during oblique impacts by creating a slip plane that mimics the brain’s natural cerebrospinal fluid defense.

The streamlined shell incorporates an integrated spoiler and lateral winglets to minimize turbulence, reduce drag, and improve high-speed stability. Ten ventilation ports include six adjustable intake ports and four exhaust ports. Chin vents channel incoming air toward the shield to help prevent fogging, while the slidable top vent reveals three air channels for increased airflow.

An ECE 22.06 homologated optical Class 1 shield provides a broad field of view with 220 degrees of peripheral vision and 57 degrees of vertical vision. The shield features double-sided anti-scratch treatment and thickness varying from the sides to the center. This helmet is finished in Gloss Black, White, and Red.
