PLASMA shoulder, elbow and knee armor delivers a balance of impact protection, flexibility, ventilation and comfort. Integrated DFS ST armor in the shoulders, elbows and knees provides rigid yet flexible protection with a smooth, low-profile design. The DFS ST protectors are removable and replaceable, while strategically positioned High Resistant Stretch Fabrics help support abrasion resistance, tear resistance and an optimized fit.

Built around GP Tech pattern ergonomics, the suit features shaped and multi-directional accordion panels across the knees, shoulders, shoulder blades and lower back for enhanced freedom of movement in a racing crouch or while hanging off the bike. A streamlined, low-profile perforated speed hump supports ventilation and is optimized to work with the ALPINESTARS S-R10 helmet for aerodynamic performance.

Fully vented chest and thigh areas, along with a vented biceps panel, promote airflow. Soft suede finishes at the ergonomic wrist and collar enhance comfort, while zippered sleeves, a large MotoGP-inspired closure tab and triple stitching support a secure, durable design. The removable, replaceable and washable liner adds practicality, and integrated internal suspenders help hold the upper part of the suit when off the bike in the paddock.
