The Alpinestars Flight Air Jacket is designed for comfortable hot-weather riding with a linerless construction and extended 3D mesh panels across the front, sleeves, and back. Its innovative bomber-inspired pattern combines moto-specific ergonomics with ribbed stretch hems, collar, cuffs, and waist for a modern look and everyday comfort.

High-flex polyfabric reinforces high-abrasion areas, including the shoulders, forearms, central back, and front pockets. Easy-access Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder and elbow armor provides breathable protection, while the built-in cord adjustment system helps secure a back protector close to the body for improved fit and riding comfort.

The integrated volume adjustment system and sleeve adjusters allow riders to customize the jacket’s fit and help keep the elbow protectors in place. Integrated pant connection loops, along with thumb loops, help maintain a secure on-bike fit. Storage includes a waterproof inner pocket and two hand pockets for personal items.

The Flight Air Jacket is Tech-Air ready and compatible with Tech-Air 5 PLASMA, Tech-Air 5, and Tech-Air 3 Airbag Systems.
