The ALPINESTARS Borrego Drystar Jacket combines a rugged waxed-canvas look with modern functionality for adventure riding and everyday wear. Its stretch polyfab canvas construction blends polyester and cotton to provide mobility and comfort in a variety of riding conditions.

The detachable Drystar liner can be worn inside the jacket for windproof protection or over the jacket for 100% waterproof performance in wet conditions. Direct ventilation openings along the arms and torso promote cooling airflow, while rear shoulder expansion panels and an extended back support mobility and comfort during rides.

Designed with practical storage for riding essentials, the Borrego features multiple cargo, chest, and inner pockets, along with Dakar-inspired reverse hand pockets and a large rear compartment. Side-entry hand pockets with snap closures provide convenient access and casual functionality when off the bike.

For impact protection, the jacket includes CE Level 2 Nucleon PLASMA PRO armor at the shoulders and elbows. The extended-back design also provides ample room to accommodate deployment of the Tech-Air Airbag System.
