The Alpinestars AST v3 Air Jacket combines dual-tech mesh construction with strategic laser perforations to provide airflow and rider comfort in warm-weather riding conditions. Extensive perforations across the chest, back, and sleeves work with 2D mesh stretch inserts on the front, sleeves, and back to support ventilation and mobility.

Its sport fit features an elongated rear for added coverage and wind protection in the riding position. Stretch panels along the torso and upper back promote freedom of movement, while pre-curved elbows help reduce rider fatigue. The low-profile, no-flap collar is designed to reduce neck pressure, helmet chafing, and flapping at speed.

Built from multi-panel 450D polyfabric, the jacket provides strength, comfort, and abrasion resistance. Strategically placed accordion stretch panels accommodate Alpinestars airbag systems, allowing expansion when the airbag inflates while maintaining an anatomical fit when the system is not fitted. Cuff and waist adjusters help optimize the performance fit, and interior and exterior pockets add everyday practicality.

The jacket is Tech-Air® 7x, Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA, and Tech-Air® 3 ready. The aerodynamically engineered cuffs are designed to reduce drag and pressure while supporting comfort when worn with Alpinestars gloves.
