The Alpinestars AST v3 Air Jacket combines dual-tech mesh with strategically placed laser perforations to promote airflow and rider comfort. Extensive perforations across the chest, back, and sleeves work with 2D mesh stretch inserts on the front, sleeves, and back to support ventilation during warm-weather riding.

Its sport fit features an elongated rear for added coverage and wind protection in the riding position. Stretch panels along the torso and upper back promote mobility through the shoulders, while pre-curved elbows help reduce rider fatigue. Accordion stretch inserts are designed to accommodate the Alpinestars Airbag System and provide an anatomical fit when the system is not installed.

The jacket uses a multi-panel 450D polyfabric construction for strength, comfort, and abrasion resistance. Additional features include an aerodynamically shaped cuff, a low-profile no-flap collar, cuff and waist adjusters, and interior and exterior pockets for everyday practicality. The jacket is ready for Tech-Air® 7x, Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA, and Tech-Air® 3 systems.
