The Alpinestars AST v3 Air Jacket combines dual-tech mesh construction with strategic laser perforations for advanced climate control and rider comfort. Extensive perforations across the chest, back, and sleeves work with 2D mesh stretch inserts on the front, sleeves, and back to promote airflow and ventilation during rides.

Built from multi-panel 450D polyfabric, the jacket provides strength, comfort, and abrasion resistance. Strategically positioned stretch panels support freedom of movement, while the sport fit features an elongated rear for additional coverage and wind protection in the riding position. Pre-curved elbows help reduce rider fatigue, and accordion stretch panel inserts accommodate Alpinestars airbag systems.

An aerodynamically engineered cuff design helps reduce drag and pressure while supporting comfort when worn with Alpinestars gloves. The low-profile, no-flap collar helps reduce neck pressure, helmet chafing, and flapping at speed. Cuff and waist adjusters help provide an optimized performance fit, while interior and exterior pockets add everyday practicality. The jacket is ready for Tech-Air® 7x, Tech-Air® 5 PLASMA, and Tech-Air® 3 systems.
